Welcome to Real Impact Minute. I'm Mark Simpson, Lead Coach for Real Impact Coaching. And today's impact moment comes from Albert Schweitzer who said, "Do something wonderful. People may imitate it."

As you go throughout today, as you go throughout your life, ask yourself, are you a replica of somebody else? Are you just following somebody else's path? Are you cutting a new trail? Are you doing something that is wonderful, spectacular uniquely you so that others may say, "Wow, I want to be just like her?"

My challenge for you today to make an impact is to be spectacularly YOU. Do the wonderful things and be the wonderful you that you were created to be. And watch others be inspired to imitate that boldness... not you per se, but your boldness to be wonderful.
