Welcome to Real Impact Minute. I'm Mark Simpson, the lead coach with Real Impact Coaching and today's impact thought comes from Golda Meir who said, "Make the most of yourself by fanning the tiny inner sparks of possibility into flames of achievement."

What I love about that quote is it coincides with John Maxwell's law of growth of intentionality. You see a spark unfanned will die out, and growth and achievement must be intentional.

You don't achieve by accident. You don't succeed by accident, you have to be intentional. You have to fan into flame with discipline and determination, where you must go.

Where are you going? Where are you going to make an impact? Go ahead and start fanning that ember and watch it catch ablaze and make the impact you desire.
